Hey, Calm down!!
I had the slave cylinder replace but not the flywheel.
It took them 7 days to complete the whole thing.
In the meantime I drove around in a Focus LX with crank windows, cassette player and no cruise control from Enterprise that stunk
They didn't wash my car which came back extremely dirty and had to go to the sales department to have the car washed
Do I blame my SVT Focus? How could I.
Do I like my SVTF less? Not a chance, I like it more every day.
Am I happy with the service given so far? NO
Should I forfeith my right to ***** and complaint about it? I can't see why
If Ford (or any other automaker) was going to stop building a car line for its owner complaints they would have been out of the car business a long time ago. Don't you think?

Thanks...the worst part was the smell.
I had the car replaced after a few days and they gave my one with mushy breaks... You have no idea how good my SVTF felt after that freaky week.
