Unless the comment was facetious, I disagree about getting a car soooo good that I wouldn't want my Cobra back. I bought my Cobra exactly because I wanted that car over any other car, so it wasn't possible to give me a "better" car as a loaner. As for the loaner, it's the service behind it that I'm concerned with. I shouldn't have to ask for a loaner and the car should be safe and reliable enough for me to get to work and/or home and then to get MY car back SERVICED. If the dealership only has Taurus's--fine, I'll take one.

I just meant that I usually have this emense feeling of joy every time I get back in to my Lightning every time I drive something else,even one my other three Fords.( Mustang ,ZX2,Ranger 4x4)There is not much more exciting cars than the '03 Cobra however.The other point being if you bought a Pinto and the dealer let you drive a Cobra while he got the car prepped and washed. You might change your mind about the pinto... No harm meant. Chuck
