I said the same thing, hello, my name is ...and I'm an addict. K&N filter....then Magnaflow exhaust...Pro 50 shifter coming...and I'm thinking about X pipe plus cats.....We all need therapy......ON THE TRACK...Enjoy!

I got a noticable result by just pulling the air silencer and dropping in the K&N. Cheap. May go the full CAI route after the dust settles on the various tests of product on a mostly stock car.

Good luck. It only gets harder to resist the urge. Once you pop you can't stop.

One thing about the CAI is that you'll gain the boost back that you lose from doing a catback and x-pipe (less backpressure I assume).

    Densecharger

    Hey Norcal_Cobra!

I just ordered a Densecharger yesterday. Did you install yours? I assume you did. Can you tell me a little about the install experience, things to look for, etc.

Did you screw yours on or did you use velcro to hold on the faceplate? I'm planning to screw mine on. Hate to drill three holes, but I think it's the most reliable way to mount it in the long run.

Mods on the way! Densecharger, 3.1 pulley, Denso Iridium plugs and a custom tuned AutoLogic chip.

    trmn8er,

I'd screw it in, you don't want any air leaks. It is also easier to take off the passenger front wheel if possible, gives you a little more elbow room.

    Thumbs up DenseCharger

    Thanks NorCal_Cobra,

Did you have to remove the inner finder liner?
