97 Cobra Security System

i recently tore down a 97 Cobra for a paint job, Now all the sudden the alarm system goes off when you unlock the car with the key anyone heard of this is so how do you fix it. Thanks Jeremiah

Try unlocking it with the button on the key fob once and see if that fixes it.
