    Humming Noise

    I got a humming noise coming from the engine. Only does the noise when the car gets to normal temp. And only when moving. The noise only lasts about 20 seconds. Sounds like it is coming from just behind the pedals. The previous owner said that it is the oil pump. That the pump resonates when it gets warmed up.

    Anybody else heard this noise?

    I haven't heard a noise like that on my car.

    It actually sounds like it is coming from the transmission.

    You can feel a slight vibration in the pedals while the noise is happening.

    Lasts only 15 seconds and won't return until the car cools down. And stops the noise when you come to a complete stop while it is making the noise.
