I just picked up my CSVT yesterday, and trailered it back to Ottawa. (got it from Toronto)... The car has an SVTOA sticker and keychain so I thought I'd check out the forums, and say hi.

Here is a picture I shot after the first wash.

The car in the garage is also a Contour, it is a 96 Contour SE with a 3L V6 which belongs to my brother, the last victim was an S2000 with intake and exhaust. :tmb:

The engine doesnt have the intake manifold on it right now, since I bought the car with a blown motor. I will get more pictures of it once I get the car running, I'm planning on taking step by step pictures of the progress, and it looks like I might be getting a 3L Duratec motor for it instead of rebuilding the stock 2.5L motor

Welcome to the site. If you haven't all ready checked it out go to www.contour.org and familiarize yourself with the forums over there.

If you're in need of a 3L and don't want to build it yourself try contacting the guys at www.arizonadynochip.com They sell everything from 3L shortblocks to full engines. I'm their engine builder for the duratecs.

Thanks,
Rick
