Our chapter's sponsoring dealer had a GT in their service bay and the chapter was lucky enough to get a "Tech Day" this past weekend to check it out!

Oh, how very cool. SO many of us will only ever get to see it from the top, back or one side, so to see it up on a hoist and get a look at the bellypan completes all! However, the pictures don't really show how the air is channeled from the bottom to the rear venturis and exiting out back. Can you elaborate at all? Or is this something we should leave to our imagination, just so we will have something else to dream about and drool over?

Sorry, my battery was running low and I didn't get to take as many pics as I had wanted to before it died on me. I really, really love the fact that we got to get under that car and snoop around a bit! It was definitely a cool day!

That underside pic is excellent. It just reinforces the engineers statements that they were stuck with the top side design that was shown at autoshows, and had to develop below the rockerpanel to achieve the airo performance that was required for the level of performance/speed they were striving for.

The suspension pieces are to die for. The owner should have them all removed and a heavy coat of clear coat applied to keep the shine of the aluminum. Heck, its just $$.
