new european package for 2003

has anyone else heard about this new package...ive read that they will have all new race seats by recaro (spell check..lol), 15 spoke 17x7 wheels, and new fenders i think...this all for $5000...a little expensive for me, but i just wanted to know if anyone else heard about this.
