At each Canadian International AutoShow the Automobile Journalists Association of Canada give top honors for 2005 Car of the Year. The finalist were the Chrysler 300C, Ford Mustang and the Honda Accord Hybrid. This year the Trophy went to the Ford Mustang, also receiving a trophy for Best New Design. Ford of Canada president and CEO Joe Hinrichs accepted the trophy. It’s nice to see that Canadians likes the new Mustang and we as enthusiast are looking forward to seeing the next generation SVT Cobra…But also was a nice twist that Daimler Chrysler Canada president and CEO Mark Norman was almost out of his seat thinking that they were sure to win but the Ford Mustang edged out the Chrysler 300C.
