It is not how much power, but how much you can use and how well you use it.

You guys are not going to believe this!!! I dynoed my car again today and came up with 400.2 rwhp sae corrected stock!!!! They ran it again and same result. The company sold me a K&N air filter and dynoed the car again and came up with 425.8 rwhp sae corrected!! I must have gotten a good one from the factory!

Nice, Greg! What power adder are you using? Looks like roots/screw torque curve rather than a centri curve.
Oh, back OT: I'm at (SAE) 465 rwhp / 502 rwtq...that's be about 484/522 using STD correction :)

Cool, bad guess on my part :). The linear power curve had me going the one way but a lot of the centris I've seen lately seem to have a little more peaky torque curves so I went the other way :shrug: :). Just proves one can't judge a nice setup by it's boost curve ;).
Is that on a built 302 or stock block? Forgive me for being nosy but I have also run across several very high output, stock bottom ended, boosted 302s and they are very impressive :).

Hey Dyno Queen Greg,
Nice shot of you coming around the corner with the Viper where he belongs. :cool:
Went to the Dyno today. It was a Mustang Dynamometer and I pulled 347.42 RWHP and 385.40 RWTQ with the 125 shot. The first time they made the pull when the nitrous hit it climbed the rollers and he had to let out of it and strap it down a little better. WOW that was scary to watch my car jump like that. The tires were putting out a little smoke through the runs and you could see the variance in the engine/vehicle speed. That was with the ET Streets. Yesterday I had a chance to hit it with a fresh bottle, the ET Streets, new poly bushings in the IRS and rear control arms, and 50* temps. I just punched it from a 5mph roll. It pulled so hard I had trouble seeing the tach, the numbers were blurry. Good thing I have a shift light :eek:

Yep, why post STD conversion?
Seem's like cheatin your way over 500.
I'm at 490 SAE RWHP / 480 SAE RWTQ (502/492 STD). I'm waiting impatiently for Metco or Billetflow to run some smaller 10 rib blower pulleys.
Seriously folks, Greg whipped my ass at GLD when his car had a bunch less power than mine. He convinced me to get drag radials and practice. Now that we've both upped the ante and have about equal power levels and I have more experience, he'd almost certainly whip me by a bigger margin.

2.8 upper Steeda interchangeable
RWHP = 464
RWT = 485
was higher on the first runs but was way too lean.
a/f adjustments resulted in just under 12.0
15 lbs boost
and that's

Nice numbers. I'm sitting at a lowly 341 front wheel horsepower on the contour. I am really hoping my extra work this winter rewards me with some 400+ numbers.

Those are great numbers on those small motors :).
I realized I haven't updated mine since I put the KB on. She's putting down (SAE) 566 rwhp / 496 rwtq right now :).

529.8 RW and no matter how much gas I have in the tank and how new and big my tires are, I don't get to use it all. I've forgotten what 1st gear is like! If anyone learns of any magic traction secrets let me know. It may not be the fastest around here, but it's the fastest girl car, right?
Anyway, hi, I'm new on here! SC, TB, Exhaust on black 96 Cobra.
