I have an 03' Cobra Convertible and am interested in a hardtop for it, has anyone seen a company that makes these, or do they just not exist? I know that in 1995 there was a factory hardtop that you could buy from Ford.

I haven't seen any one offering that. The 94-95's didn't work out due to quality control problems from what I am told. I would love that option myself. I'm sure there is someone that would custom make you one for a price.

The '95 Cobra convertible had a removable hardtop option. 499 were produced. I have 1. The top fits perfectly. It needs @ least 2 people to remove/install. The top will not fit on any other Mustang because of the unique header & hardtop guide pins that have nowhere to go on other convertibles. That, plus because of quality control problems, each hardtop was hand worked to fit it's particular car.
I remember that the original vendor tried marketing the hardtop but Ford would not allow the sale of the hardware & soft parts. Someone estimated that even if you could have gotten all the parts it would have cost in the 10 k range. See old SVT Cobra Owners Association chats.

Saying it better, Ford did not offer removable hardtops for sale. You had to buy the car which was uniqually engineered for the purpose.
By the way, even though the hardtop provides much better weather protection, the reality is that only a few drove their cars in the winter. I hardly ever put my hardtop on. It sits in it's cradle in the snake pit (the garage I keep my Cobras in).
