He was nice. Said he was the original owner and the car had 220k miles on it. It didn't look like it. I mentioned the site to him, hopefully he'll make it in here.

It it was a green 96 Cobra, then it was not a Cobra. Green was a color that was not offered in 96 but in 97. Very rare car if it truely was a Green 97 Cobra

he didn't happen to be from Muscogee did he? There was a guy who came out to dyno with us back in March who had a green 97.

Oh and green is very rare, in fac, a Green with white rag top is extremely rare, only like 3 made.

It is not a Cobra and probably not a crate motor. Probably got it out of a wrecked Cobra. That is a Cobra motor but that is it.

well it is what it is....a Fauxbra.

Joe said the one he saw had 220k on it, so i doubt its this one....just a strange coincidence this happens to be for sale.

That car on ebay isn't it. The one I saw had the twin scoop nostrilized hood. He actually said he had owned it new since 96, it's probably a 97 that he bought in 96. Or maybe I heard him wrong. ?????
