2000 Cobra R mods

Has anyone had a chip done for their 2000 R? I'd appreciate any information anyone has.

yes i have 2 great friends of mine with 00Rs.

first one has the following mods:
Bassani Xpipe and Bassani Catback with DiabloSport Delta Chip. puts down 440rwhp (510bhp)

the other has
Bassani Catback with superchip puts roughly 373rwhp (440bhp)

Was the air/fuel ratio correct right out of the box?

thats what the chip and dyno tune is for. before, they were probably running rich

Once I can pull the run files off the dyon pc I'll post the numbers.

talk to byron at racesystems.com he did the chip for mine and a couple dozen other R owners. he can also provide a 4 position switchable chip customized per your application....

Thanks for the information. I just received the chip wednesday. I'll be going to New england dyno saturday. I'll post the results.

I bought mine from 2 brothers in Michigan. The sister car went to New Jersey.
I talked the guy a couple of times. His name is Joe Volpe. He has car #126.
