Well its been a little while and I got some things that I need to tell you, and ask you.
The deadline for getting in on the October 17th Roadfest at Moroso at the reduced price of $170 is drawing near, as of September 1 it will be $200 so you better get in now. On line registration is at http://www.tampabaysvtoa.com/octf/rf2004.htm or let me know and I will e-mail, or snail mail you the registration form. Most other organizers of such events are charging $240 and up for less track time.
We are tentatively scheduling a SVT day at Steeda for Saturday September 18th. Starting at about 8 AM and going till a little after lunch. We will have an install demo on sub-frame connectors and the new IRS brace. Tech inspection at a nominal price for the Steeda mechanics to inspect your vehicle for the RoadFest, also plant tours and rite now I am thinking about cooking waffles and sausage for breakfast, cost for breakfast about $5.00. Let me know if you can attend, we may or may not have this depending on response.
We are also going to attend the Grand-Am Rolex Series/Grand-Am Cup/ Formula Renault 2000 Weekend on the Homestead Road Course. http://dbserver.iscmotorsports.com/HomesteadMiamiSpeedway/index.cfm On Sunday September 12th . We can go as a group and get reserved infield parking, paddock passes, a parade lap on the Speedway, and exclusive use of the infield lounge area, cost is $35 per person for this, we will be combining our efforts for this with the Ft. Lauderdale Mustang Club. Let me know if you want to come and I will provide you with more information on this later.
I really need your responses on these items as the winter season is approaching fast and there will be a lot of events that you can become involved with. Stop by and see me at the Tower Shops this Friday and we will talk more.
