Talk about crazy! I was just driving my son's gocart at a parking lot up the street from us. I went up into a courtyard next to it and did a 540 degree spin and got it up on the two left wheels! This thing is tough, and it digs into the asphault with its little 6.5 horsepower Briggs & Stratton engine. Man oh man, this gocart is some thing else.:jawdrop:

The forgoing message was written and submitted by Nick Danger Scott, not Jim Scott. That is what I get for letting the Dangerous one know the password.

:) Is it a Cobra bodied cart like the one I have in my garage?

Nick wishes his kart had any kind of body. It is a fun-style kart with about 3" of ground clearance. So there is a danger of rolling when taking those sliding turns.

It has a one piece live axel powered by a 6.5 hp Briggs hooked up to a Comet torque converter.

Adding the Comet torque converter was the best. It hauls all 220 pounds of me up hills and off road, no problem.

By the way, you have not lived until you have seen each of your kids roll a gokart at 30 mph.

I'll add an amen to that...I did a 1/2 day in the carts out there a couple of years ago. The shifters especially were little animals :D:D
