I check in here for happenings.........the internet is alive in West Chester. There is a SVT buggy dealer In lancaster(clear lense rear blinker from the factor) ......can someone tell me please why Amish kids can use rollerblades and that doesn't violate their 1800's ethics/culture????

Because they're really not in the community until later in life if I'm not mistaken. Watch out for that "Amish in the City" reality show that will be on this fall for more info.
