Well, this year at the annual Fords @ the Mall event in Williamsport, PA, the autocross was hosted by the NEPA region of the SCCA. That meant there was a mix of Ford and non-Ford vehicles. So, they simply classed cars as Ford or non-Ford. So, my competetion in the Ford class were several modified Mustangs. And, me in my stock, heavy, street-tired '96 Cobra convertible. Yes, I am the only '96 Cobra to still have the STOCK mufflers on it!
Anyway, I managed a 4th to a pair of road-race Mustangs on R tires and an autox prepared Probe GT.
I know, it's not as good as some, but considering just what I gave up in tires, I was happy at day's end!
