Hey guys. In my belief there hasn't been too many really interesting topics on here latly. I mean topics that you can't wait until someone else posts. So I think this will bring in a lot of conversation. I'm hoping at least.

I want to lower my car so I'm going to get Eibach springs. The question is do I want Eibach Pro-System or Eibach Pro-Kit spings? The pro-system lowers your car while the pro-kit offers better handleing and "apperance." Any help?

Also, I've just started asking about this and I want your guys opinion on this. What do you think about an 18" version of the SVT 5-spoke wheel? I just bought a brand new set off of ebay for $460 but it now and they came in today. I see the name said custom wheels on it so I emailed them asking if an 18" version could be made. What do you think?

Another- Where would one go if one wanted to get a Red or Yellow colored Throttle Body? Most of them are blue, right?

Well, anyone can jump in, a lot of different stuff to talk about. And if you have general questions then ask.

I'd rather get 18's instead of lowering my car. I want the wheel wells filled out better, but don't want the look of a lowered car. Some people like the lowered look (me included), but the SVT just looks so darn good as it is, except for the huge gap around the small wheels IMO.
18" 5 spokes that look like our 17's? I'll take five, please, and thank you. I always heard that 18's will diminish the handling of our cars because the supension is so tuned to work together. I'd take my chances, personally.
Now, you speak of two different Eibach kits. One lowers with springs, but the other "enhances handling and appearance". (What does that mean?) Wasn't aware our cars could handle much better, but if they could, Eibach would be the ones to do it. I'd go that route with 18's. Lowering won't accomodate 18's for most of us, unless you like to rub.
And I thought one of the makers would annodize any color on their throttle body by way of special order. Can't remember who. Send out some emails, and see what kind of responses you get. I have been wanting a new throttle body also, but I want a red one.
Oh, and Inteller? When I get my new throttle body, I'll sell you one that looks stock. :hehe:

As far as i know, the two springs they have are pro kit and sport line, sport line being the lower and more aggressive of the two, and requiring upgrade shocks. The pro kit offers less aggressive handing, more street oriented, and you could get away with stock shocks. Better handling is a subjective term, and better handling may mean, better for the street, ie-not as firm. This is my understanding anyway. hope this helps.
