01 Lightning VS 04 Lightning

I had an 01 L (378rwhp 485 rw ft/lbs) that a coworker rear ended (bent frame, bed damage, cab damage, ($11500+ damage). I traded it in for an 04 L ($13k trade in & dealer sold new 04 for $31086). I have a few questions about the differences.
1: Has the pcv problem been fixed (oil in the TB/intake)?
2: Has the 04 L had the problem of popping the spark plugs out of the intake?
3: Are the 01 Helm manuals interchangable the the 04 ( I would hate to have to shell out the $$$$$ for new manuals)?
4: Is there anything else I need to know about the 04s?

#1 and #2 yes they have been fixed.im not sure what manuels are.and they are pretty much the same

1. Do you know what the fix is? I see an oil seperator in the diagram on the radiator shroud but don't see it on the pcv lines. I have an oil seperator on my 04 and it is collecting oil??? Is it because it is before the OEM oil seperator that I can not see?
2. I know the plug problem was fixed with new heads that have 8 threads but don't see the oil FIX?

Looks the same between the red 01 i had & newer 04 I have now. Oil still in the intake.

Don't see why the manual would be much different, should be able to use it.
