To anyone with a JRSC I got a question

this is to all that have the black box. How many people are using the black box and for how long...any problems...etc I know that there has been some blown engines due to this. but I am just wondering how many have or how many that are using it have not had any problems with them.
I just really don't have the $1100 (injectors, Mass air flow,dyno tuning, computer redone) to get a custom tune right now or for at least about a month. But I also don't have 4000 dollors to do a rebuild on the motor.

....No need to spend 4 grand on a rebuild. A complete SVT engine assembly lists for $3699 in the new Motorsports Catalog. I'm sure it can be had for less. Drop the fresh motor in the car then sell off whatever you can off the used motor to help off-set the costs.

.....however, if you were to rebuild the injured motor the right way with low compression forged pistons, better connecting rods and better main caps you'll be able to run much more boost and make more power safely.
