SVT Focus Power Saving Issue *pos*

Hi,

I have a 02 SVT Focus .. I came from a 00 Focus ZX3 .. I took my alarm out of my ZX3 and put it in my SVT .. and i am now having huge issues with (what i beleive) the power saving option ..

This is how the alarm is hooked up currently . i disabled all other sensors and removed their wires, etc ..

Negative Feed : Alarm Negative Feed
Alarm +12 Battery feed : Hooked to Stereo +12 Battery Feed
Alarm +12 Aux feed : Hooked to Stereo +12 Aux Feed
Alarm Door Trigger : Hooked to Black/Blue Door Drigger in drivers kick panel

This is what i noticed about the "Door Trigger" ..
- When the door is open the circuit is OPEN
- When the door is closed, the circuit is CLOSED with a +12 feed


This is what happens with the alarm .. After about 30-60 minutes, the alarm will set off .. My alarm doesn't tell me what set it off ..

Here are all possibilities that would set the alarm off:
- Drastic change in Battery +12 feed
- Drastic change in Aux +12 feed
- Door Trigger opens circuit (dropping from +12 to 0)


Does anyone know enough regarding the "power saving" mode to know which of these could be affected?
