i was wondering what size catback systems everyone was buying. should i stick with the 2-1/2 or go up to the 3 inch? i plan on buying the sc pulley,pulley, chip, and air intake.

3 inch front to back on the 03,due to supercharger.I have BBK longtubes with 3 inch x-pipe and 3 inch cat back.WOW what a diff.

For the BPU enthusiast, the loss of backpressure may result in the loss of HP/TQ. Exhaust gasses cool and exit velocity is lost. Assuming a max potential of 500 RWHP, 2.5" should suffice. Anything over 500 RWHP and you should start thinking 3" all around.
A 2.80 upper, 6# lower, CAI, full exhaust and a dyno-tuned chip should be right around 500 RWHP.
