I have removed my factory amdp and sub. I removed the amp cause there is no purpose to have i. I removed the factory sub because i custom fitted my aftermarket map there. With a lot of work and carefull connections and fiberglass it finally installed. It looks beautiful. My question is can I hook the factory amp up in another car. I would have to break the first rule of car audio and cut a factory wire harness but no biggie to me. Will it work?

I don't see why not. The question you want to ask yourself is... Do you really want to?
The price of amps these days are so much cheaper than when I was in H.S.
On top of that, the stock amp pushes a decent amount of power, but it certainly isn't the cleanest power you can find. I don't know the specs, but it can't be too good or you wouldn't be taking it out. It won't power much.
Also, I don't know for sure so this is just a guess, but I would think the factory amp has speaker level inputs instead of line level.
I would think it's more of a headache than it's worth.

POST PICS OF YOUR NEW BOX AND FIBERGLASS!!! I used to compete with my old Civic hatch and had done some custom work myself. We wanna see!!!

Before cutting the factory harness why not see if an adaptor is available to match the componets.

At best buy I saw a pioneer amp that looked just like the svt one and it was like $90.00
