NON-Cobra SVTOAOK members (Mid-America)

The Mid-America Ford/Shelby Meet started an "SVT-Non Cobra" class at the car show last year. I was the only one there last year. I was hoping maybe some of us non-cobra owners could register and show as a group. Last year some Missouri group took all three places. I hate to lose car shows, but I don't mind if it is one of my fellow SVTOAOK members winning. Ideally all of us non-cobra people could pre-register because they pre-allocate spaces based on entries. It would also make it easier for us to all show up and get grouped together.


I'll be there for sure, and it would be great if the other Contours, Lightnings, and Focuses from SVTOAOK could be there too.

I would love to show at the MA meet, but it's a little pricey for me. If it's like it used to be you have to preregister and I don't do that because my truck doesn't go in the rain. I don't make final decisions about attending shows until I check the weather that morning.

last year I didn't pre-reg. I showed up early that morning, got in line, ran around to the reg booth, paid my $10 plus 1 days registration and then I showed. the downside to that is they don't get to reserve a spot for you, so unless you show up early, you miss getting a spot n the row and they just kick you out into the isle.

That's cheaper than the flyer I got said it was. Base registration was either $25 or $35 IIRC, then it was an additional $25-30 for show entry. If it's only $10 extra to show that isn't bad. I'll consider it....

I'm looking at the reg sheet and it says $15 plus 1 days registration. I forget what that is ($5-10 I think), but it couldn't be more than $25 for everything...
