New Dyno #'s

I added some Iridium Spark Plugs and had my Autologic Chip custom tuned and my rwhp is now 468 and 462 torque, so the add was 14rwhp. By mY calculations that's 550hp at the flywheel ( MORE THAN THE NEW VIPER) .The Cobra is really strong, and I'm really HAPPYYYY!!!:cool:

Rachrse, I know what you mean. I keep saying that's all I'm going to do and some little thing comes along. At 550hp it's getting hard to keep it straight without buying expensive tires. I won't touch the internals, just bolt ons!!

It is hard to see but the flames are violet pearl tipped in blue.

Rocket, with regard to your question on the custom chip. I drove down to Houston and had it done at Houston Performance-ask for Steve, the owner. Since I have the Lightning pulley I was concerned about the longterm problems with just a normal chip.
They did a great job with the air / fuel ratios and it feels stronger than ever with no detonation. They have a website with the same name if you want more info.:cool: :tmb:

Rocket thanks, I had the hood on my 99cobra and took it off when I traded the car it was sitting ini my garage and my son ask if it would fit the 03 so we tried it on to see and I just liked the way it looked so I took it to the paint shop and had it painted to match the 03. King Cobra thanks for the reply on the flames I will try to get some better pic's this weekend in the sun and under lights so the effect of the violet and blue pearl comes out better.

Hey, MadMax here, just want to say that Rachrse's Flames are.....as the youngmen say...."The Bomb!". That is such a sweet paintjob I'm almost jealous that I've JUST got a regular Mineral Grey Cobra. I'll make sure I get a custom tuned Autologic chip after I put my PHP nose/pulley unit on. Don't want to have REAL flames running down the side of my Cobra !!! Ha, HA.

Rachrse, I posted some pics in my Gallery. Not as good as Ghost Flames but I did do a custom letter job on the rear bumper!

RingTheory Thanks I was amazed at the way they turned out on my car. If I had the Zink yellow I think I would go for a tangerine and red pearl that would look awesome. The ghost flames only come to life when you have direct sun or flourescent light's. My theory is dare to be different. Rachrse

PS, I went for a Sunday drive today and a WS6 Trans Am with 2 oversized air scoops and big tires wanted a piece of the Cobra- Well he was in front of me pulling onto the interstate from an on ramp, there was only one lane open he floored it then I did and when I shifted from 2nd into 3rd I was eating his tail and had to brake. He seemed embarressed and weaved through traffic to get away from me!! Another BELIEVER-BEWARE OF THE KING COBRA:fryem: :cool:

The flames are not as ricer as I thought they would be. Not as clean as it would be without, but nice touch.
