'93 Foglights

Is there a way to have a foglights be able to light up when the parking lights are on. I would like to hae this option like to "younger" Mustangs have.

I dont know the process, but there is a way to do it, I do know there is a way for me to run just fog lights on my supercrew f-150, I can't for the life of me remember where I read it at [ to many brain cells killed when I was younger I guess] but I'm sure the same process applies. I'll look around and see if I can find it.
