Ok, I have heard from a variety of places that a new air intake, chip, pulley, and full exaust will get you near 500rwhp. Anyone taken the 2003 cobra past the 500 barrier with just bolt-ons?

Matt: I got 448 rwhp from Bassani hi flow cats, MAC catback, 4lb pulley, K&N and a new chip. That's over 500 at the flywheel.

The motor should hold up very well as long as the tune is good and the fuel feeds are up to snuff.
But I'm saving my pennies. I think I'll go with Kenne Bell's upgrade and 20 psi when I've got the extra cash :).
