I just got my due notice for Team Ford Racing. Is this the SVT membership or just TFR? I don't care to much for the TFR stuff but I don't want to loose my membership to this site or to the SVT Enthusiast Mag.
Thanks
George:)

the svtoa membership is only for a year at a time as well right?
If I became a member in april then I'd need to renew my membership then as well right? Does that include forum access or is that part of the svtoa membership?

it mainly effects your subscription. my membership slipped for a few months and poof no more Enthusiast. Even with my new car and new free membership I haven't seen anything.

I think the whole concept of having to renew, if you are an SVT owner, is pretty lame. You would think, purchasing a new SVT product would get you a lifetime membership. Geeze, we're only talking about a few thousand each year.
So, on principle alone, I will not renew. So there.

When I purchased the '99 it was free magazine's..............
Then the membership....................
The website is free.............
If you want to participate in a local SVTOA membership, then you have to be a national member.
If you go to one event a year it's worth it. I've found that the cost of an open track day is less with SVTOA, then with a private group. Needless to say, with SVTOA we end up with less track time. But then again, any track time is worth the cost.

So how much is it per year?? I am curious. But then again if i go to my local chapter forum I am the only one who has posted in there in the last like 5 months?!?! I like the website though lots of great stuff to read in here. So back to the basics how much is it per Year?

It is $40. That is a worthy price if you attend even 1 On Track event a year cause you get the discounted rates for that. I guess it is also worth it if you buy a lot of go fast parts cause you can get SVTOA discounts.

Good point Inteller. I got some good stuff from Steeda last year, and the discount covered the membership cost. Luckily, I didn't spend more than that................
