The NEOKLA REGION Rally Chairman, Garry Deaton, has proposed the following road rally calendar.
MARCH 19 Friday MOONLITE MADNESS
This will be a short POINT COUNTING timed touring event that will serve as a seeding rally for the MARCH 20 event.
MARCH 20 Saturday SUPER SEVEN
This will be an all day, morning through evening, NON-POINT COUNTING timed touring event for those who like all types of challenging roads and road surfaces.
MAY 22?? Saturday ?????
This will be a POINT COUNTING gimmick event put together by Jason and Tonia Pea**** in the Bartlesville area.
JUNE 12 Saturday RALLY ROUTE 66
This will be the official POINT COUNTER timed rally for the ROUTE 66 FESTIVAL. Bob Strattan and Ken Olinger will serve up portions of old route 66 to the FIRST 25 ENTRANTS ONLY!!!!!
JUNE 10-13 AVERAGE JOE LAKES TOUR RALLY
This will be the official POINT COUNTING gimmick rally for the ROUTE 66 FESTIVAL. Garry Deaton will send you over the hill and yonder to find the scenery that is just waiting for you to take it's photograph.
SEPTEMBER 18 Saturday ROUTE 66 TICKS & KICKS, MK II
Bob's at it, AGAIN!!! More fun on the "Mother Road" with another POINT COUNTING timed rally.
OCTOBER 23 Saturday LONDON 2 PARIS
Although this event is put on by ARKANSAS REGION, this is a POINT COUNTING timed event. The roads and scenery are great!!! The rallymasters aren't too bad, either!!! (I've been rallying for over thirty years and I must say that the 2003 version had THE BEST ROUTE INSTRUCTIONS of ANY EVENT that I have EVER ran.)
DECEMBER 3 Friday CHRISTMAS LIGHTS
This will be a POINT COUNTING gimmick event that will feature some of the best lights in the Tulsa area.
