Well, I got some experiance in this feild. I took drivers safty course online- it takes 3 points off of your system, but only some states allow that. I found out the hard way that Idaho does not work with drivers safty course. You can go to www.trafficschoolonline.com

I did get a speeding ticket a little while back, in my SVTF, and I fought it. I thought that I could get the county to bond the ticket but they wouldn't. I got it reduced from a $108 speeding ticket to a $52 "improper passing" ticket.

If you have an actual way to get out of tickets, I'm all ears.

A speeding ticket can go as far back as three years in some states. The term" bonded ticket" i havent heard of yet but i will look it up. But in general u can fight the ticket and(if u have a clean record) and get it reduced, if the judge is not a jack---. and another was is to SLOW DOWN!(joking). The SVTF is like a Drug u got to keep moving fast.

To get a ticket "bond-ed" means to pay it, but it won't go on your record. I know, for a fact, that in my city if you plead "Not Guilty" the prosicuter will bond the ticket. Meaning that it is too exspensive to take someone to court for a $54 fine the ticket is made so that you just pay the fine, that's all. It never shows up on your record.

So if you ever get a speeding ticket, plead not guilty. See what happens. The worst that can happen is you have to pay the ticket. The prosicuter will always talk to you before setting an actual court date.

But u know u can only plea not guilty only 1x every two years.(thats in most states) but yes it is tru u if u plea not guilty it will not show on ur record.

oh here they simply call it probabtion. And yeah everyone does that here. In fact the city WANTS you to just pay it.

It's the best of both worlds- you pay the fine and the police don't have to fight you.

In Michigan you ask for 1 year probation, pay the fine and no points. This can be done through the mail. But if in that year you get another ticket you have to pay the fine and get points for BOTH tickets.
