With the weather being a little unpredictable this month we're going to play it on the safe side and stay in town for our February meet. We will meet on Feb 21st for lunch at Okie Dokie's (formally Coach's) at 71st and Memorial. Try to find a new SVT owner and bring them along and get them involved.

Our agenda is simple: eat, talk about cars, and have a good time. Maybe even cruise the strip if enough people are interested. We'll meet around 1pm or so rain or shine.

Is it possible to have the meets in the evening instead of in the middle of the afternoon? Saturdays are always awful for me, but I could make a 6pm meeting or so....

we'll see what we can do. Feb is an exception, but our events usually stretch out an entire afternoon so starting around 1 and ending at 4-5 is not uncommon.

Don't forget about the SVTOAOK mailinglist. I don't check this board regularly, and there may be some members who don't visit it at all.

I've updated the Events page on svtoaok.com (http://www.svtoaok.com) according with your February and March posts. There's no time mentioned for the lunch, but I posted 1PM based on the message immediately above. If you shoot me an email (button below), I can keep the website updated, or just give you the keys.

does anyone know the black 1st gen Lightning with the plate 'SVTF150'? I saw it the other day and was wanting to let him know aobut our meet.

Looks like I will be able to make it. I was able to manage a split shift that day so I will get off work at 1pm and have to go back at 5pm.

Is that dedication or what? ;)

Since I work at Woodland Hills mall it will take me no time to get there. I'll also see if I can get the other SVTF owner I know personally to show up.
