Yeah, I haven't been able to get there either. Keep coming up with a cannot find server error.

Perhaps someone forgot to pay the web hosting bill or maybe we need a webmeister. I haven't been to an event for a while and the last meeting was in October, so I don't know what is going on administratively. Hopefully Phil or Alex will cruise through these forums soon with an explanation.

Meanwhile, SVTOA-OK seems interested in hooking up sometime in the not too distant future. If that comes to pass, I might be interested if the timing is right. Looks like Wichita is about the midpoint between the clubs.

are there a lot of active members in the KC chapter? Would there be enough interested to meet in Wichita or some other midpoint? A lot of out members are in the Tulsa area so Wichita is an option but some place like Joplin would be to (i have no clue what there is to do in Joplin though) We are kinda at a make or break point here on deciding to go and we would like to see what the involvement would be from the Kansas side.

I think many here are hibernating for the winter, especially with all the recent snow.

A get together near the end of february sounds cool in Wichita-I would have to take off from work if its on a weekend but this would give me a reason :<) Will keep checking here to see if it happens.

I haven't gotten much feedback on this so I don't think it will happen this month. I believe the OK folks have decided to do something different since they didn't get much response. They are trying to find out if there is any track time available at Hallet. Maybe that could serve as the basis for a road trip later this year. Watch the OK chapter area if this is of interest.
