Focus SVT low-end power?

No doubt my SVT Focus (take delivery tomorrow) has been fairly tuned/tricked by the factory. I'm reluctant to bother with any mods (last time I tricked something out it was my Kawasaki and it needed constant attention from then on...). However, as I'm not really looking for top end speed as much as 20-100, I'm wondering if there's a simple mod or two that could enhance the Focus' low-end performance? I'm cautious about manufacturer's claims, so personal experience is preferred. Thanks in advance!

I think you will be surprised how much low end power this little Focus has. Well compared to other cars with I4 engines anyway. Hey, now that I notice the date of your post you probably have already figured this out!
