So I got a package in the mail today...

....from Team Ford Racing. It had a Team Ford Racing hat, sticker, membership card entitling me to one year free membership, and a couple of discount cards, along with some information, and some sort of Nascar oriented racing magazine. I thought it was pretty cool.

Are they associated with SVT or Ford or what? Anyone else get some stuff like this?

yeah they are part of Ford Performance Group along with SVT so you get their benefits too

It's one of the packets SVT owners recieve! They get the SVT/SVTOA package and the Ford racing package!

I got my SVTOA packet a while back but still haven't received my Team Ford Racing packet, SVT certificate, or even the SVT book that I see a lot of people talking about.

When did everyone else get their Team Ford racing packet compared to the SVTOA packet?

The TFR packets come quick. I got mine before the SVTOA packet as well.

Well, even for a mass produced hat like that one they send out, it is still pretty damn nice. The bill needed some bending, but the fit is really nice. As for the sticker, I dunno if that will be making an appearance on a side window or what, still undecided on that one. I live in a predominantly GM town, with a huge plant. Might be asking for trouble.

I couldn't believe how excited I was when I got the package though. I thought it was the stuff from SVT. Oh well, I still have that stuff to look forward to. :D

The Team Ford Racing package was the first thing I received. Followed by the first issue of SVT Enthusiast, followed by the Book. :)

I never got the Team Ford racing Pack, never got the Powered by SVT book. I got the SVTOA pack a a couple of magazines. Tha's all!!

I'd call and ask them why. It seems that everyone here is receiving the same goodies, and you probably should have, too. I even looked at your purchase date. You got yours well before I got mine (9/11/03).

Okay, I got my build certificate today. Concerning the Team Ford Racing packet, should I call SVT or SVTOA?

hmmm....good question. You probably want to contact SVTOA since I think they are the body that exchanges numbers and names with TFR.
