So? What color are they? Titanium? Silver? White?

Mine appear to be slightly silverish, titaniumish, but definitely not plain white.

Post pics if you can, so we can all decide.

white for all intents and purposes. they may have a sheen to them, but thats probably due to the indiglo backing.

Ford calls them
...titanium-faced electroluminescent gauges... so I guess thats what they are. They certainly do not look as white as the ones in my SVT Contour (or my memory may be shady). They also work much better than the ones in the Contour which you couldn't read with your lights on with minimum daylight.
Well, Ford also mentions some Metallic pedal covers and dead pedal !!! I don't have a dead pedal in my car, metallic covered or not. So, so much for the official word.
These quotes are from the 2003 SVT Focus sales brochure.
Happy New Yea!!!! :) :spinem: :)

So, you say you can see your dash lights in twilight? I can't see my dash lights till the sun is down.... they are way to dim!

Oh well... They look cool when they are in the dark!

Ours look VERY silver, but they photograph as white. Anyone ever get real close to them when they're lit up? I swear, they're green with red speckles. Yes, I have too much time on my hands.

No Daddy, I didn't explain my self too well. What I meant is that in the SVT Contour when there was light all I could see where white circles, no letters. Thus I had to wait until it was really dark to turn on the lights...that makes sense though. In the SVTF at least I can see the numbers.

Is the display Indiglo like Timex products? It definitely looks different; I have never seen another car with this type of display. I wish they were a little brighter, however.
