Dyno'd the '03 today at our chapter's dyno event here in Indy. Here are the corrected HP/TQ numbers at the rear wheels:

Run 1: 415.7 hp/381.8 lb-ft of tq
Run 2: 414.6 hp/382.8 lb-ft of tq

Here's a clip of the dyno run: http://mywebpages.comcast.net/ssmith512/

I'm very, very pleased with these numbers. :tmb: :tmb: :tmb: :bna :bna :bna :tmb: :tmb: :tmb: My performance mods include a Bassani x-pipe w/cats, Bassani catback (both for the '03 Cobra), and a DenseCharger CAI.

Another '03 dyno'd today as well. His was totally stock, and put out 369 hp/369 lb-ft of tq (again, these numbers are corrected and are at the wheels). As I did not do a base line before mod'n, I'll use his numbers as my baseline (should be close).

Enjoy'n the ride...

Howard

Great numbers for just the exhuast and the intake mod. I have just this last week purchased a "used" 03 zinc yellow vert. I have had a 99 vert for about 2 years and have enjoyed every moment in it, but the deal on the 03 came along and I couldnt pass it up. Anyway, im thinking of the same mods that you have done to begin with, just have not had time to listen to the different exhaust to see which i like the most. The 03 is too quite, but I love the stock exhaust on my 99 (post fix) My question is, where do the mods effect the warrenty situation? I know the pulley mod kills the warrenty, but what about a chip? Also, has anyone done any rear end gear changes? the 4/10 in the 99 seriously woke that engine up. But I would think that that gearing may be a little much for the 03.

The more I drive this car, the more I enjoy it.

thanks for your input.
