Attention 96 and up Cobra owners!!!

Alright anybody know about the runners in our engines? I have a check engine light and a code 411. SVT siad it was my runners sticking or the plates to open the extrta 16 valves. Please if anybody knows about this PLEASE help. My car is running horrible please please give me some info.
