Today, we in Northern Ohio are facing 60 mile per hour winds with snow!
The SVTOA requires that we re-charter our chapter soon, and we should take care of this paperwork As Soon As Possible.
There are some new paperwork requirements for officiers:
Officers will be required to sign the 2004 SVTOA Pledge (ie. no stealing of funds or information; and intent to make the SVTOA grow). Names of the five officers and dealer advisor (and which officer is in charge of member recruitment).
We will need to have five officers that are SVTOA members. Mike (our former treasuruer) has decided to not renew his membership, and will need a replacement. Our sympathies go to Mike at this time for his recent losses.
At our next chapter meeting, we NEED to get our five officers lined up. This needs to happen for the re-charter process, and requires that your membership is valid through the early months of 2004.
If you cannot attend the meeting, but would accept an officer opening; let me know by email (I am willing to visit you for your signature).
We also should collect the chapter funds from Mike, if anyone sees him.
