Any consensus on a side activity for the meeting. I think we all realize the importance of having some seperate social time activities in addition to just meeting. Dont want to bore some of the members. Unfortunately, we may have done some of that at the first meeting. If anyone have ideas please feel free to post it here or to email me.

Look forward to seeing everyone at the meeting.
Hope all of you are bringing a new member.

The South Carolina SVTOA meeting will be held at the Crown Reef hotel in Myrtle Beach on Saturday November 23 in the conference room from 10 - 5. If you planning to stay there we have blocked some rooms for $27.50 a night. Just let them know you are with SCSVTOA. Please feel free to contact me personally if you have any further questions.

How about the indoor electric carts at afterburners? They claim they are the fastest accelerating rental carts anywhere.Complete with neck restraints.Sounds like fun to me . When Fri pm ,Sat pm, Or Sun.?

Didn't know we bored anyone! Sorry about that. This one will be even more difinitive. If anyone is easily bored, they might want to opt out this time. I mainly want us directors at this meeting, although everyone is shurely welcome.
Maybe we can go to Damon's (next door)and watch the Carolina/Clemson game(7:45) Their bar has TV coverage.:)
Clay, I just saw your second post about the rooms. I only reserved five rooms at that rate.They are for out of town directors. I will be there Thurs. eve., and will try to get more.

What time are you getting to Myrtle Beach Thuirsday? Let me know, i may be able to arrive Thursday instead of Friday..not sure.
