OK, so Saturday afternoon, I was starting to feel better after praising the porcelain throne for the better part of the morning. Then I find out that my uncle is in the hospital. He has a tumor in his digestive tract. Doctors think it might be cancer. So he has been in the hospital with a colostomy bag waiting for results of tests. Just peachy. So I'm feeling much better Sunday morning. I go and get pumpkins with Emily because she wants to carve pumpkins. I was gonna go visit my uncle when we were done but nooooo, couldn't do that! Freak pumpkin accident, I cut the end of finger up. There are 3 stitches holding it on. Oh, I also had to get a tetnus shot. Not a booster, a full shot. So an hour and a half later I get home. Still gotta finish chopping up pumpkin for pie and bread and all sorts of fun stuff. I finish that and cooked down 23 pounds of pumpkin.
Then I got sick...again. Stupid tetnus shot is doing a number on me. I think I'd rather have the tetnus infection! So Emily goes home for the night. I made myself some soup and sat down to play video games. My head is pounding like there is a Sousa marching band tromping around my skull. I'm still feeling sick and I decided to check email before attempting to sleep. That is when I see this:

This, my friends, truely sucks. Bill was a great guy and leaves behind a beautiful family and a lovely wife. We lost "one of the fold" and it truely saddens my heart to hear of this great loss. I ask that all of you keep Bill and his family in your prayers. It's been one hell of a weekend but not nearly as bad as what Jo is going through.
Godspeed Bill.
