I originally planned on going, but have yet another conflict....it's the same day as a fellow car guy's moving away/pig roast/bbq party.... :huh:

in any case, you guys are welcome to come cruise with us on saturday (the day before) :tmb:

I understand completely....lol....have you done an open track event yet? I just got back from Gingerman in Michigan....I love that track!

Nope, this is my first run with the big boys!!! I'm all stock (except for a K&N), but it should teach me a thing or two about what it's really capable of! I hope to get an instructor to ride with me to teach me the basics.

as a first timer, you'll get an instructor, PDA is a good group to start out with....

I'm ready to become addicted, but my wallet isn't!!! Ha, ha, ha!!! I'd like to go to Beaver Run, but it's too much with me planning to go to the Mustang 40th in the spring. Maybe next year!!!

its not a cheap hobby, thats for sure....I'd like to do Beaver Run, but it'll be a last minute decision, due to getting the time off of work....

It was a real rush!!! The most crazy thing was that one of the dudes in my club was in front of me and spun 180* on the turn onto the speedway. I got it all on video!!! Coming soon to a DVD near you!!!

hehehe, yeah, it happens! keeps ya on your toes! :haha:

make sure you tell me when you're going again, and I'll try to make it....I had to do a photo shoot for the 2004 PA tourism brochure with my 95 cobra vert in Pittsburgh that day, and hated to miss the track event, but hopefully I'll get to Beaver Run the end of October....
