Ok I know this code means "bank 1 sensor 1" o2 sensor slow response. But, is this the front o2 sensor nearest the header, or the rear sensor? Also, what does "slow response" mean? I am guessing I have to replace the sensor that is sending the slow response. Thanks for all help.

Well, check my sig. They wont cover it since I have the orp, and all that other stuff. Dont really like putting it back to stock for them to change out a 50 dollar piece, know what I mean. I guess that is dumb, but I just got done taking her back to stock going to the dealer, and then putting my stuff back on again, Id rather just change the o2 sensor myself. Just need to know if it is front or rear sensor. Thanks.

Oh, thanks for replying. I found out bank 1 sensor 1 means the front sensor. If it was the rear it would have said bank 1 sensor 2. Guess that makes since. I just wasnt sure. Funny thing though, after I disconnected the battery, got under there and played with the wire I havent had a problem since (50 miles of driving). So I need to find out if "slow response" might have meant something small went wrong, and reseting the computer by taking off the battery might have fixed it. Guess ill see in the next few days here though. Thanks for you help man.

Disconneting the battery is ALWAYS the place to start. Sometimes there's a glitch, like maybe starting the engine and shutting it off right away might cause a cold O2 sensor to over-respond to whatever happens next.
By the way, what's ORP anyway? Off Road Pipes?????

Yeah off road pipe. Being as I have the svt focus only need the one pipe you know? No x pipe or h pipe or whatever you crazy stang guys use...:bna Im just jealous, cant wait till my insurance rates go down so i can get me a REAL car...ie COBRA!!!:D
Oh and the reasone I know the orp is not throwing the cel is that it comes with the mil cheater, and that is on the rear one. The orp does not effect the front sensor, and my problem is with the front sensor. I also just got told my problem could be caused by an exhaust leak right before the o2 sensor, and guess what...my metal gasket that connects my orp to my header is broken!!! Wouldnt you know it? Now I have the fun task of trying to find that weird part number for the gasket!
