As many of you know, I am constantly adding to my truck. Sometimes I add performance parts, sometimes suspension and lately the stereo. In order to protect my ever increasing investment, I have investigated many security systems. WHile there are many good ones out there, I settled on on that is both active and passive and also intelligent. Now the security is so great that I ususally just toss the keys or whatever in the back and go about my way knowing it will be safe. See the enclosed pic to decide for yourself about my newest addition. The picture just doesn't do it justice, you should see it in person. The only downside is that it DOES affect the handling slightly but as it is removable, that issue may be overcome.

I wish they made that type of security system in a much more compact version. It does seem a bit large, and I think I would have a difficult time fitting that system into my Cobra. Perhaps with technology the way it is today, the engineers will be able to produce a compact version of the system with out sacraficing the power and reliability of the current model.;)

A Russell terrier? Great pun Chuck, made me laugh real hard. Actually it is an English Mastiff that belongs to a friend. And Danno, you are right about it fitting in the Cobra, it would be tight but that wouldn't be the problem. The drool would flood your car. I know the tailgaters hate it but since they are tailgaters, let them deal with it, devine justice as I see it. However you could just chain him to the outside of your Cobra and hope he doesn't drag it too far around the neighborhood. His name is Gus and he tops out our 240lb. vet scale. You should see him in person, the pictures just don't do him justice. He can pick up a size 4 soccer ball and it disappears in his mouth. When he gets a bone to chew on it is a complete cow femur, ball to knee, and it kind of freaks people out as they think it may be a human leg. But in the end, he is very gentle and sweet, just a big baby.
