They rely on people being lazy. Marketing scheme. That thing does nothing but block air coming through the induction. Like I said it is just a marketing scheme. The money back thing is probably true, but they rely on people not wanting the hassle of sending it back, waiting for the money, and so forth. Dont buy it is my advice. My class had a discussion on this exact scheme in my Automotive Aftermarket Mngt. class.

Re: the Tornado
A while back a major car magazine I think it was Car and Driver tested one to see if their claimed increase of hp and fuel economy were valid and found no performance or fuel economy increase at all.they said it was a waste of money.

Ok, i am kind of embarassed to say that I have actually purchased and installed the tornado in my '02 SVTF.
The dyno results say that it actually inhibits the HP by less than 1hp and 1lb/torque. However, in my defense I am getting 20 mpg. in town durnig the summer with the AC on. And almost 30mpg on the highway. so balst me of you may but I am trying to watch my gas consumption of my pocketbook.

Two questions:
1. Do you have a K&N filter?
2. Do you get twenty or better in town with the A/C on in Tulsa?
If so, kudos to you!
