I've noticed this topic posted on these boards in some other areas, but thought I would add it here too.

I am sure most of you know about this already and are probably thinking, it is so far away.

I have already booked a hotel for this event as I am sure once the New Year comes around they will be booked up very quickly and also get very expensive. The hotel that I picked is one of the cheapest ones I could find right in Dearborne at $60 US a night. If you want more information this hotel, drop me a line.

Here are the links for either purchasing your tickets for the Celebration of general info.

Hope to see you out there.

I'm wondering how packed it will be.

I'm debating on staying in Windsor and just driving over for the events. I'm not sure.

I thought about that too but it it soon much of a pain since then you have to cross every day and you can't buy anything since you are not staying in the US long enough. Plus the prices in Windsor were no better so we decided to stay right in the heart of it and $60.00 US is not that bad.

For those of you who have not yet booked your hotels, SVTOA has blocked off some rooms at various hotels in the area. If you go to the SVTOA Members Only section on these boards you will see a post there with those hotels. Again you really need to book early in order to be close to the action. Dont forget about the hotel that I posted here as well.

Hey Laura,

How long are you staying in Dearborn?

Can you send me more info on the hotel? I have some members that heard about the 100 Celebrations and are considering going.

I can but you can also get a lot of information from the SVTOA website. They have a link to the Ford Website. I will try to do it tomorrow.

BTW We are staying for the entire time as it stands now.

I'm thinking of staying 2 nights...or at the very least 1 night. Three nights down there...man...with the exchange, that will be kinda steep. (Trying to budget for this AND FX03 in Carlisle in May...that's why.)

Any word on when the Ford Racing night will be?

I'm just thinking 3 nights @ $60 USD.

Although...I should talk...I just went clothes shopping for that amount

Now the place you got...I was under the impression that a bunch of SVTOA-Toronto members will be there. I've discussed the event with some OFOC-ers...and they may be wanting to come down. Although, they can't park down in prime seating area :)

There are a few of us that I know of that are staying there. Just call them and see if they have any rooms left.
