Head Light knob

Has anyone out there removed or replaced their headlight
switch knob. I'm not sure if it will come off with a hard pull or
if there is a release mechanism? Don't wan't to break it.

It is held on by a metal clip. You need to pull the headlight knob all the way out and you should see a slot in the side of it. Use a flat head screw driver and find the edge of the clip and push it towards you. The knob should pop off. Good luck with it though. I had a problem getting it off the first time, after that it was easy.

I'm painting some interior parts grey to
match the seat centers. If anyone is interested, I'll post the
finish results when I am done.
