Ordered a transmission from Pat Barrett at Level 10 at the end of January. They charged my credit card $3500 and at the end of March, I finally received my transmission. I installed the transmission and it slipped 5.5 tenths of a second between first and second and 3.5 tenths of a second between second and third. This was verified by Jim of JDM. I then removed the transmission and sent it back to Level 10 the first week of April. I have been waiting patiently now 6 months to get a refund. Today, 10/30/02, Pat Barrett of Level 10, finally said "I am entitled to $600 refund" is this a bunch of **** or what?!?! So off to circuit court we go. This is what we call in Florida, Theft of Service, which we can sue for 10 times the amount. I am going to sue the ******* NOW. If you need a transmission, I DO NOT recommend Level 10. I did end up putting in a transmission from Performance Automatic at 1/3 the price and no slipping. :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:
