Ok, mine was not balky at all, but I put Royal Purple tranny fluid in it today, and I gotta tell you, it is like it has teflon in there or something! There is NO pressure/feeling/resistance between the gears whatsoever, just the nice click-click of the Pro 5.0 snicking into gear! So if you have the recalcitrant tranny, you might try the Royal Purple tranny fluid and see if that solves the problem! I give it two thumbs up! :tmb: :tmb:

I am replacing all the fluids in mine with Royal Purple.

I put it in the engine too. I figured the rear-end already had synthetic lube, and it is a PITA to change, so it didn't get changed! ;)

I use Mobil 1 Synthetic Automatic Transmission Fluid.
Mine too is smooth as silk.
