You guys in the warm weather climates don't know how lucky you are. I used to live in San Diego (or is that insane diego?)
I remember what it's like to race in the middle of January while folks up here in the upper midwest are out in a blizzard with a sno blower...

As I look out my office window, it's snowing. First flakes of the year. I usually wait until the first time they salt the streets to put Nice Asp into hibernation for the winter. It appears that day is fast approaching... :(

LOL! Yea, I saw that on the news, I guess it could be worse! You guys up north have a loooooong winter! Sounds like it's already started in full force.

Well, as I look out my window, it is overcast, but they are calling for a high of 73 today! We're just getting into the great racing weather! This Saturday is supposed to be cool (high around 70) with light winds, so I just may have to find a track and go race! :bna :bna :bna

Well, it's not cold enough for the snow to stick here, it's just flurries. I probably will be able to go racing this weekend. I hope so anyway!

That would be Sandy Eggo!

Out here in Jersey, it was prime weather up until about last Friday. Its starting to get cold now and its dropping into the low 40's after the sun sets. Its great weather for racing but, the track surface usually cools down a bit too much and makes it hard to get traction. Usually late September into mid-October its about 60-70 during the day and drops down to low 50's at night. But its still hot enough during the day that the track heats up and retains that heat well into the night. So, you end up with a really dense intake charge and a nice warm track that hooks like a raped ape! On top of that Atco Raceway is something like 41 feet(?) above sea-level. Perfect for racing!

No snow here yet, but it feels like it's getting close. Coming from Texas last year to here in CT, I hate this cold weather.. Why oh why am I here.

Heck, it hasn't even cooled off enough to get into the good racing weather. It's nice in the mornings, it gets down to about 65 overnight. It sure is nice to feel that power come back into the snake after a long hot summer. I will be thinking about you this winter while I am cruising with my windows down. :haha:

I had to put the winter boots on my Lightning last Monday. The snow melted since then but any day now there will be more.
