Hello everyone, This is my first time posting question about an old problem. I have a 99 Cobra w/ 10k miles that has had a vibration problem since new. The problem typically shows up @ 75mph in 5th gear. I have had the axle shafts changed out w/ match and bal. parts they also turn the drive shaft 90 degrees still no help. The problem seems to be coming from the drive train, but I am not quite sure if that is really the source of the problem. Has anyone have the answer. Thanks.....

Depending on the vibration, you might have a tire that is either out of balance or not balanced for high speed. Just a thought.

Good Luck

I just had my 2001 checked for the same problem. It shook BAD between 80 and 85. The rest of the time it wasn't to bad, though you could feel it. The rear was WAY out of alignment, which probably explains why the outer edges of the tires were showing uneven wear. A good 4 wheel alignment, and all is right with the world again. :D
